How to stop receiving email from us.
Three ways, all of which work. You do not need to explain yourself, and you will not be asked to log in or create anything.
The link in the email
Every message we send carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Open it, confirm on the page that appears, and you are done.
Your mail app's unsubscribe button
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and others show a built-in Unsubscribe control next to the sender. Our messages support it, and it takes effect immediately.
Reply, or call
Reply with "stop" and it will be actioned. You can also email privacy@rigfresh.com.
What happens then
- Immediately — not after ten business days.
- Completely — it applies to all of our commercial email, not just the message you received.
- Permanently — we keep your address on our do-not-contact list precisely so nothing later can undo it.
If mail still arrives after that, tell us at privacy@rigfresh.com and we will fix it.
