This policy explains what NYC Fabrication Workshop LLC ("we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
- Business contact details — company name, business email address, business phone and mailing address, taken from publicly available business records or given to us directly.
- Correspondence — what you write to us, and the address you write from.
- Opt-out records — your email address and the date, kept so that a request to stop contacting you keeps working.
We do not buy contact lists from data brokers, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. This website itself runs no analytics and no third-party scripts; our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To tell businesses about a product that is relevant to them, which is our legitimate interest in a business-to-business context.
- To answer you when you get in touch.
- To honour opt-out requests, which is both a legal obligation and simple courtesy.
Who we share it with
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, payment processing — and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Business contact details are kept while the business remains a plausible customer and deleted after that. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with the matter. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely and deliberately — deleting one would let our systems contact you again, which is the opposite of what you asked for.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to our use of it
- Provide it in a portable format
- Opt out of sale or sharing — see Your privacy choices
Email privacy@rigfresh.com or write to the address above. We respond within 30 days, or 45 where California law applies, and we will never treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EEA or UK you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Every commercial message we send identifies us, gives our postal address, and carries a working unsubscribe link. See Email preferences.
Security and international transfers
We serve this site over HTTPS, keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, and operate in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be handled in the US under appropriate safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
