Your privacy choices
Effective 27 August 2026 · Includes the notice required by California Civil Code § 1798.135.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no money changing hands over your data and no advertising profile being built from it.
Because we do neither, there is nothing for a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle to switch off. We publish this page anyway, because you are entitled to be told that plainly rather than left guessing.
What you can still ask us to do
- Stop emailing you — see Email preferences.
- Tell you what we hold about you, and where it came from.
- Delete it, or correct it if it is wrong.
- Limit or object to how we use it.
How to ask
Email privacy@rigfresh.com from the address you want us to look up, or write to the address below. You do not need any particular wording or form. We reply within 45 days for California requests and 30 days otherwise, an authorised agent may ask on your behalf, and we will never charge you or treat you differently for asking.
